Isaac has more than 25 years of experience in building organization capacity and talent competency. He uses real case studies in organization development, culture transformation, product management & development, telecom & IT project deliveries, ODM/OEM manufacturing, and business start-ups.

He believes that company culture is linked to employee productivity. He has a great passion to turn people and business challenges into new opportunities through culture transformation in developing talents, building company culture, improving operations effectiveness, and instituting organization capabilities. He loves working with a fun bunch of people who shares the same passion in delivering excellence in technologies that help organizations move their performance curve, and individuals thrive in career progressions.

Tonee Sow has over 20 years of entrepreneurial excellence in the professional development and capabilities industry: designing and develop training courses, delivering training, leading team of trainers and sales professionals, and directing enterprise initiatives. Prior to Green Packet Academy, Tonee have cofounded Global Intelligence Network (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading certified training provider by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) which has successfully impacted more than hundreds of thousands of people through quality training products and services.  

Tonee has a passion of learning and sharing deeply. He constantly delivers further leadership improvements for companies. Have a cup of coffee with him and he is ever willing to share management consulting advice or just to be there for you.

Amin Fan

Product Manager

Amin has 10 years of solid experience in running a software development & digital content development start-up using a bootstrap strategy. After the post-pandemic, he has decided to contribute his experience to the Green Packet Academy where he has been allowed to disrupt & gamify the old way of learning into a digital learning experience.

He enjoys turning a bold vision into a reality. My previous manager always said this during my era, “fresh graduate does not have experience”. Now, they will soon create the experience by using our learning experience platform before they graduate.

Manager, Learning Solutions & Talent Management

Prior to Green Packet Academy, Imran has 3 years of experience working with a Non-profit that assists in the livelihood and case management of Refugees and Asylum Seekers and Malaysia. He then spent a year in the Learning & Development sector and has trained over 500 Undergraduate students under the CIMB Foundation Financial Literacy Program.
Imran aspires to help organizations build a knowledge-wealthy ecosystem and use digital innovations to improve human capital.
