Tonee Sow has over 20 years of entrepreneurial excellence in the professional development and capabilities industry: designing and develop training courses, delivering training, leading team of trainers and sales professionals, and directing enterprise initiatives. Prior to Green Packet Academy, Tonee have cofounded Global Intelligence Network (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading certified training provider by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) which has successfully impacted more than hundreds of thousands of people through quality training products and services.
Tonee has a passion of learning and sharing deeply. He constantly delivers further leadership improvements for companies. Have a cup of coffee with him and he is ever willing to share management consulting advice or just to be there for you.
Prior to Green Packet Academy, Maria was the Head of Digital Workforce at MDEC. She was with MDEC for 19 years and had developed and implemented various talent development programmes targeted at tertiary students and workforce.
Understanding the pain points faced by the industry in developing digital talent, she aspires to develop a platform and learning solutions that help organisation’s digital transformation journey via human transformation in addressing the digital skills gap and inculcating life-long learning culture.
Amin has 10 years of solid experience in running a software development & digital content development start-up using a bootstrap strategy. After the post-pandemic, he has decided to contribute his experience to the Green Packet Academy where he has been allowed to disrupt & gamify the old way of learning into a digital learning experience.
He enjoys turning a bold vision into a reality. My previous manager always said this during my era, “fresh graduate does not have experience”. Now, they will soon create the experience by using our learning experience platform before they graduate.
Prior to Green Packet Academy, she has 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry where she enjoyed identifying talents and being the bridge to connect people with their dream jobs and companies such as Facebook, AT&T and Ernst & Young.
